2. Service Description

CartFlow provides automated abandoned cart recovery via email for Shopify merchants.

3. Pricing

• Free Plan: 50 emails per month
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month for 500 emails per month

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Violate any applicable laws
• Abuse or overload the service

5. Data and Privacy

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

CartFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users of significant changes.
